| | "General Membership Meetings" are usually held during lunch (11:30 - 1:00) on the fourth Tuesday of each month (Guest Speaker availability is a factor). Most meetings feature a buffet lunch and a speaker. The cost is usually $13.00. The meeting location is the Fort Huachuca Activity Center. Advance reservations are requested. A point-of contact for reservations is usually identified in the newsletter; however, it is preferred that reservations be made through the designated booster for your organization.
Executive Assembly Meetings or what we refer to as "Chapter Board Meetings" are held on the third Thursday of each month @ 0500 hrs at
the Landmark Cafe. Please RSVP. All elected/appointed officers and committee chairpersons are voting members of this assembly and expected to participate. As always, all NCMA members are welcome to attend.
